VOLUNTEERS REQUIRED – please read this article.
We would like to thank everyone who helped out with the new planters on Darby Road yesterday (16th May 2021) your help is truly appreciated.
Each year Broughton Community Council sets aside £1,500 for each of the four areas, Brynteg, Bryn Cefn, New Broughton and Southsea.
This year councillors have agreed that the focus will be on purchasing planters and plants outside each of the Darby Road shops. The planters will shortly be put into position, ready for planting up. In addition, there will be some maintenance of the planters. We are looking for volunteers to help with the maintenance such as watering, removing dead plants etc.
